After removing the original structure, Add A Deck of the Rockies designed and built a completely new outdoor living space that complements both the home’s architecture and the breathtaking Colorado scenery.

This project features Newcastle steel framing and steel support posts, providing exceptional strength and long-term performance. Unlike traditional wood framing, steel resists warping, twisting, rot, and insect damage, making it an outstanding choice for Colorado’s changing weather conditions.

Modern Steel Railings Complete the Design

To complement the warm tones of the decking, we installed approximately 50 linear feet of Fulton steel railings.

The clean lines of the steel railing system provide safety while preserving the open feel of the deck, allowing the surrounding mountain views to remain the centerpiece of the outdoor living space.

From Demolition to Completion in Approximately Three Weeks

The project began with the complete removal of the existing deck before construction of the new outdoor living space began.

From demolition through the final installation of the decking, steel framing, and railings, the entire project was completed in approximately three weeks, giving the homeowners a beautiful new deck ready to enjoy for years to come.
